ACTION: Targeting areas where street drinking and drug related crime is a constant problem. Working with local council enforcements agencies to patrol affected areas for street drinking. Issuing. Identifying regular street drinkers and issuing ASB notices. Carrying out regular patrols in drug related crime hotspots u2013 sometimes they are the same as street drinking hotspots.
