Opposit Gumley House convent school and Pulteney Close, 30th April
Dear Hounslow highway team, We have first reported this to london borough of hounslow (report a noise nuisance) on april 7-4-2024 (Hounslow highways website) states the date of repair will be jully 14-7-2024 three painful month until repair - This is now becoming terribly unbearable day and night and all the time. Anyone in your team are welcome to pay us a visit to test the constant metal hammering with every passing car and it’s a very busy road as you know. We all work from home sleep eat babies older people sick people and pets. Our complaint was on the 7th of April the noise is effecting our quality of life in our own home the quality of work and our mental well being. I urge you to take further action to speed up Thames’ water to make the repair and do a good job of it once and for all because this is repeated every few months. It’s terribly unfair the noise the inconvenience of closing off the roads, days of the slow traffic and sadly the result is a botched job repair of the Drain cover, and this repeats in less then a year. The quality of the repair is horrible. Thames water needs to take responsibility for this and shouldn’t get away with this as we pay our bills in full. I hope the Borough of Hounslow escalates this matter as urgent. The drain needs to be covered to stop the noise until repair takes place. i urge you again to take urgent action please. Thank you.

On the driveway pavement outside number 19 Woodlands Grove, 29th April
Dear Hounslow Council,
I reported this problem on the 6th of March. The pavement is uneven and the stone seems to be sinking and buckling in a couple of places. The stones are coming loose. The sink point appears to be around a water meter access point.
Someone from the council came and put a traffic cone on the area on the 11th of March. He was unable to tell me when the problem would be resolved. I was sent a message saying that the state of the report had changed to "duplicate". Seeing as this didn't say "resolved" or "concluded" and nobody came to retrieve the traffic cone, I was waiting for more news.
Could I please request an update? Or a sense of the timeframe for this to be resolved?
Best Wishes,
Mr Deacon

Has the 5G mast killed the trees?, 29th April
In a little over a year (maybe more or less) since the unwanted 5G mast on the green at Central Avenue has been switched on the 2 nearest trees seem to be dying, one sadly really looks unwell. Both of these trees previous to the mast were well established healthy trees. So you have to lean towards it being the 5G mast. The problem is locals who weren't keen on the mast in the beginning were pacified that when in bloom the trees obscured the mast. If these trees are dead and need to be removed the eyesore of this unpopular mast will be very visible in the surrounding area. Could someone from Hounslow Highways actually contact, yes converse/talk to, me as I'm of the opinion that radiation / magnetic output of this mast has and is affecting the surrounding trees and therefore what are the health risks to those working/living nearby over time?
