Numerous pot holes 3in deep over 12in diameter, 24th April
Pot holes have been down this length of the road for months, fixing one at a time doesn't work as we have to raise a new case every month! Sub material lying on the road. Central section of road needs resurfacing - more important than pavements down side roads where there are few walkers!

Tripping hazard broken slabs, 22nd April
The path outside the Elmsleigh centre is not safe multiple times me and my daughter have tripped and fallen. The paving slabs are all broken up and move around when walked on . The different levels make it easy to trip and also I have had my pram abruptly stop due to hitting a broken paving slab edge. This issue has been here a while and no one has repaire or fixed .

Found concrete manhole cover dislodged creating fall/trip hazard. Replaced as best I could, but not seating properly and potential trip hazard., 17th March
Discovered concrete manhole cover in pavement by junction of Bowes Road and Chertsey Lane had been dislodged (see photo). Exposed cables in hole, fall and trip hazard. Attempted to replace (see photo), but would not seat properly so still a potential trip hazard (see photo). Asphalt disturbed beside cover - so may have been caused by a heavy vehicle parking/manoeuvring on pavement. Plate on cover (see photo) says "GC PEC UK SID EN124 B125"
