Our recycle bin always filled, 28th April
We are living under the address 106 Upper Farm Road and our recycle bin (106) is always filled by our neighbours with the rubbish that is not listed by the council as an items that are allowed to be recycled. When we always make sure that we wash to be clean our jars, tins, cans and plastic and glass bottles and plastic trays all the time neighbours from the flat above us 104 A Upper Farm Road fill our (106) recycle bin with wood, clothes, electronics, carpets, plasterboard to this extent that our bin (106) bin of (104A) and other neighbours (104B) are filled fully by them only and when we could accept that we have to keep our recycle at home because neighbours filled our bin with rubbish permitted to be recycled we can not accept that every week our bin and two other bins are filled with construction site scraps, electronics, shoes, clothes and wood. Can anything be done about this situation please.

High speed cyclists and moped riders on pavement, 29th March
There is no "street" connection between Anvil Road (actually Forge Lane, which is an extension of Anvil Road) and Martingale Close, so cars cannot pass through. There is a pavement, thanks to which pedestrians can take a shortcut to Green Street, where is a bus stop, which is very convenient for residents of this side of Lower Sunbury. Unfortunately, the same shortcut is used, more and more often, by cyclists and, even worse, moped drivers, who ride on the pavement at high speeds. This poses a great threat to the inhabitants of the houses adjacent to this pavement/shortcut, especially since many children live there. Leaving the house through the front garden gate now involves the fear of being hit. Likewise, it is very dangerous for other people moving on this pavement, and this is quite a large number of people, including elderly people who visit the nearby cemetery.
Could the local council put some speed barriers (or other obstructions) on this pavement that would still allow pedestrians to take this shortcut, but which would force cyclists and moped riders to dismount from their vehicles and slowly walk across the pavement? It can also be any other solution, but the one concrete post (see pictures), that is currently located there, does not pose any obstacle to the group of cyclists and moped riders mentioned above.
I would be grateful if the council could do something about this problem before there was a tragedy involving children or the elderly.

Broken grids along Sunbury Cross Underpass, 27th March
There are metal grids along the Sunbury Cross underpass. These 'grids' are long pieces of metal with holes in them. Some of these have been broken (become loose and have fallen into the spaces they are meant to cover) for months. I use a mobility scooter and I can just about fit between the edge of the underpass and the grids. Please prioritise this complaint as the situation is very dangerous and I am worried for the safety of the public.

2 x 20 inch potholes - only one marked, 14th March
The potholes have been there for 10 months but the one that is marked only around few days. The small repairs every few years do not work and new holes appear shortly after. The unmarked hole in the centre, causes vibration to the house "Zandvoorde" and the whole house shakes. The doors cannot be closed now due to frames moved.

Traffic issues for school drop off and pick up, 6th March
The traffic build up for Hurst Park school pick up and drop off has got out of control on freeman drive . It goes right onto the hurst rd at times so dangerous. For residents that live on the estate this is causing big issues as not always room to get into our roads. Also some children are picked up from Hurst rd others from freeman drive entrance. This is so an accident waiting to happen. Parents are also parking on the grass verge which as you can imagine is not good. Last week when walking i had to stand back as a car backed up onto the pavement and did not see me. Please please can this be sort some how. They start queuing for the car park at around 2.30 pm and school dose not finish till 3. 15 pm, then the car park is to small to accommodate all the cars so hence parking just everywhere. When you look at the teachers car park it is half empty.

Potholes getting bigger by the day., 2nd March
There is now serious break up of the road surface in this one way part of Green Street. Two large area potholes have got bigger in recent heavy rain. They are made worse by the day as this is a very busy bus route and despite being a one way single lane road some oversized Lorrie’s use this road on a daily basis , many late at night. There is also a problem with the traffic throwing up the stones from the road surface hitting parked cars of residents .
