Serious safety hazard with phasing at these lights, 13th April
When entering these lights from shepperton (anshfrod road) and taking right hand lane to go right along staines road west (a308) you have to wait in middle of junction to for oncoming traffic to pass, when lights go green. If there is no break in oncoming traffic to turn right - then once lights go red- you’re abandoned in middle of road while oncoming traffic from school road is still green lighted (as their filter right lane also kicks in from their side). This is normally when you’d be able to turn and escape the middle of junction but instead you’re left dangerously hanging in mid junction on a red light. This is so unclear. This has happened to me twice now and I’ve narrowly avoided a serious accident. Once today and once last Sunday. Something needs to be changed. please could you let me know it’s been looked at or if you need more info. It’s very scary.

Two deep potholes, 13th April
On Church Road in the direction towards Ashford Hospital, there are two deep potholes with debris spilling over to the pavement. They can be found on the road as you start your approach to the bridge that crosses the train line.

The entire road around the roundabout has many ruts and holes, 11th April
The whole area needs resurfacing as there are several very wide and deep ruts all around the roundabout making the road dangerous as vehicles try to avoid this problem

Pothole with ironwork, 11th April
This pothole has been repeatedly been fixed but to a very poor standard and so once again has become an issue. the hole needs digging out properly and several inches of tarmac used instead of the 1/2 inch that keeps being used.

Southbound carriage way by entrance to Bloom Business Park, 10th April
Pothole is large, deep and is perpendicular to the pavement making it highly dangerous for cyclists. It is getting progressively worse so recommend immediate repair as has a previous report from December.

Park opposite Ashford School, vandalized playground equipment, 8th April
The seat swing on the climbing frame has been burnt and melted and is now unsafe and out of use. Needs removal and replacing ASAP. Park opposite Ashford Park School, climbing frame with slide.

General litter dumped on grass verge, 8th April
Caller says there is general litter dumped on grass verge and near to the laybys. This is just passed the petrol station on the right hand side going towards Ashford. Caller says there is a lot of rubbish and also on the right hand side towards the bridge.

They took the bin away as it kept getting filled up , so instead of emptying they took the whole thing and never replaced. So stupid people still throw there rubbish there . Been like this for a month
