Two huge cracks / potholes on the edge of the bus lane / main lane of Paradise Road, 24th April
Long standing and ever growing crack and holes in the road surface. This road has not been resurfaced for so many years yet increased volume of traffic has really taken its toll. 30 year resident on this road - never been this shocking condition before. Buses are rattling as they pass over the holes and make the row of houses judder

Raised paving stones on cut through between St. John's Rd and A316, 22nd April
There are a number of raised paving stones in the paved area as you turn left on St. John's Road, walking to the crossing on the A316. My 72 year old mother tripped and fell as a result of one of them on Saturday 20 April 2024, straining and bruising her right shoulder, cutting her left knee, and damaging her bag. It left her feeling very shook up and upset as a result. The pavements need fixing there before a more serious accident could occur.

Over hanging branches, 13th April
There are over hanging branches on the tree, when the refuse truck passes it catches on the branches and they fall into the road, there is also a construction site near by so lorries pass by and catch the branches, I had a branch fall on my car.

Fencing now loose and on road, 13th March
Richmond Housing Partnership owned property, while tenants have a responsibility to maintain boundaries, when they do not, RHP should undertake the maintenance, the fencing is in poor condition at several points, it is now resting on the road and is now dangerous, and opening have been made directly on to the road which is a hazard.

Trip hazard - paving, 1st March
I live at 16 Halford Road and when sitting in my front room I hear people trip over this section of uneven, cracked paving on a daily basis. I even have regular video footage of it happening on my ring doorbell camera. It’s a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt if this is not fixed promptly.
