Customer called to report that someone had defacated on the floor of the public toilets in East Ord and needed to be attended to urgently. He says the notice on the door advised to contact NCC but East Ord public loos are not listed on the website, and not can I locate them on Google. Would you know where they are and whether they are looked after by NCC - or do the come under the town/parish council ??

Metwl drains in middle of road, 6th May
I reported this about 6 weeks ago ans still nothing has been done...it will literally take 3 mins to fix ...the tar has cone away from the edges of sharp metal drain / service covers on both north and south cariage ways ...please can fux these before your next april budget...

This fence has been like this for months and is definitely a trip hazard on Cemetery Lane. Tweedmouth. The grass cutter drives over the top to cut the grass moving it about!

Grass cuttings left in Tweedmouth cemetery, 5th May
Can the grass cuttings not be collected when the grass is cut in the cemetery ?? Surely a cemetery should look well cared for as it has a lot of our loved ones buried there. It would look a lot better if the cuttings were collected when the grass is cut. At the moment it looks very untidy. Maybe cutting it more often would help as there wouldn't be as much grass left to rot.

Worn road, collapsed drains, 4th May
Road very badly worn possible damage to drains as road floods badly from adjacent car wash on regular basis. Whole of roundabout needs attention. Used by many heavy vehicles on a daily basis potentially excasserbating the problem.

Pedestrian Pavement Blocked, Junction Crossing - Caused by Parked Vehicles Blocked, Vehicles obstructing road -, 3rd May
The junction, pedestrian pavements and junction crossing is obstructed due to the parking of vehicles. The road is also obstructed and causes vehicles to verge over, causing traffic issues. This is a continual and ongoing issue, eventually there will be an RTA or injured pedestrian due to these obstructions.

Area around Brickfield Lodge requires a good tidy up, there is litter all over, overgrown bushes full of rubbish and the grass at the side is a mess. Please can this area be tidied up.

Overgrown verge, 2nd May
From the railway bridge down to the drain on the corner there is water flowing down from Spittal Hall Road down to the drain where the bungalows begin. However despite reporting flooding several times and asking for a man with a shovel to clear the overgrown verge down to the drain, this hasn’t been done. Water still floods over the road. It would take less than an hour to clear this. Please do so.

It stated that this problem had been attended and fixed , we saw the vehicle at the top of blakewell gdns , but it went straight past number 37 and down the street where the rest are not working , street is in total darkness from number 37 to bottom of street

Street in darkness, 30th April
The lamp has not worked in some time now houses have had to purchase lights for own properties as this has caused a security issue. half of the LED lights not working and the senors have the light coming on during the day. There are elderly people live in this cul-de-sac and it is a massive concern for trip hazard.
