This plant has been left to become extremely overgrown. It is blocking light, dropping leaves onto my property and I am concerned for the long-term affect on the wall. My neighbour complained about this a year ago and nothing has happened. He has now passed away without anything being done.

Illegal parking, 29th April
Northumberland Avenue has residents only parking which we have to pay for! There has been a Honda car parked in the Avenue since Thursday with no permit and obviously no traffic warden patrolling this area! Please can something be done about this problem as it seems to be a common occurrence. Thank you.

Road breaking up after years of damage, 24th April
Our estate has just this week had the road ( The Grange ) finally tarmaced. It was in a poor state prior to this. However the builder has completed the job paving the way for the road to be adopted by the council. This has taken 12 years. Sadly the contractor ( Tarmac) only went as far as the estate edge as one would expect. The main road ( A6105) took quite a battering over time at the entrance to the development. This has not been repaired since it is , I believe the responsibility of the County Council to do so. Personally, my wife’s car has had two broken springs in recent years , the latest , this week. All I ask is that someone in your relevant department comes to inspect the problem before the situation deteriorates further. I would expect you to get further complaints about this from my neighbours regarding this . May be a good idea to get ahead of the problem early. Kind Regards

A Sign/Pole Damaged problem has been found, 23rd April
A Sign/Pole Damaged problem has been found by Northumberland County Council The pole at the bus shelter was knocked down over 9 months ago, there is now no time table at the bus stop which is very busy with visitors to the town, please can a timetable be put up.

Unguarded drop next to uneven path, 20th April
This piece of land is next to the path. Storm Arwen blew down the fence which remains on site in amongst the weed growth. Without the fence there is a drop next to the path which at worst is upto 3 to 4 feet. The land is not owned by Network Rail but is adjacent to the highway. It is an eyesore and is potentially dangerous

A Potholes problem has been found, 15th April
Pothole opposite The Pilot Inn on Low Greens, Berwick was filled two weeks ago but has already opened up again. Also when the hole was filled the team attending to the works had to drive over two other large potholes which were note filled. Please could all these potholes be filled
