Old water hydrant access dangerous to pedestrians due to cover being dropped creating a serious trip or fall issue cannot fill in due to being water access, 13th March
Walking along narrow pavement old fire hydrant grid cover 1 ro 2 inches square dropped creating trip hazard most residents of Wark are mature of age issue also will cause problems for people with mobility issues and also along with any person using walking aid. Road and surface area are extremely bad . Short term bodge up repairs by clearly road repair workers offer short repairs to pot holes a splat of tarmac and drive away. Current collapsing road surface damaged by HGV vehicles and Logging and farm vehicles traveling through Wark at Speed. Clearly not adhering to 30mph Speed limit. A Toll system should be initiated for HGV vehicle companies to pay to repair road surface damaged by HGV use Police show no support due to Wark having what would appear to be a small unimportant aging population Sidewalk and road issues will eventually result in a serious incident. Road surface and speeding issues have now been made a concern to MP Patching up road surface no longer acceptable Speeding HGV traffic causing vibrations to roadside properties enough to move beds and also shelved items Enquiries underway to request Structural engineers to review how such vibrations may impact on structure of said roadside properties Speed camera picture are a waste of time due to most road users are aware NO speed limit enforcement such physical speed cameras exist, as previously mentioned Police show no actual enforcement of speed limits. Aforementioned issues have also been documented for attention for Local MP although I am led to believe such concerns have been raised historically with no outcome Road need to be closed which happens when heavy flooding takes place HGV vehicles use alternative route .. Road surface needs to be fully relayed something which has not taken place for many many years .
