Pothole worsening, 1st June
This pothole was reported in March and a temporary repair made. It has now worsened and is forcing traffic to go into the middle of the road to avoid damage to wheels.

Pothole next to manhole cover, 10th March
The road surface surrounding this manhole cover has been breaking up since December 2022 and is now breaking up. Its location, on a bend and on a route used by school traffic, poses a potential dange. To avoid hitting the pothole means having to go on to the wrong side of the road.

Potholes at junction into car park, 14th June
Potholes halfway down Erskine Road when coming out of square you cannot miss them. There is also one in the entrance to the square. Have been there for a while and getting worse.

The water drain is still blocked, 4th March
I have previously reported this drain being blocked. When it rains this floods the road there is a electric covering here also that is broken its only a matter of time before this fills up with water and could potentially kill someone

4 potholes at entrance to parking, 19th March
Potholes at entrance to parking area half way down erskine road near salt bins. When going out of square you hit the potholes. They have been there for about 6weeks.

Grass verge at the corner sinking, 17th December

Tar not cleared away, 17th October
This section of road was resurfaced last week. Bits of tar have been left in the road, and on the adjacent verge. As well as being unsightly, the tar poses a hazard as it is on a route to school. It would be appreciated if this mess could be cleared up as soon as possible.

Continued break-up of road surface., 17th October
I have reported problems along this stretcch of the A6105 over a number of years now. Perhaps it does receive some attention between reports BUT, these have only been effective for a very short (too short) period before they break up once again. There is significant break-up of the road surface on this corner which is particularly hazardous to cars travelling from Duns towards Chirnside. It is on a blind corner and cannot be seen in advance. I was in the area again 10-13 Oct and hit the pot-holes in the dark - the impact threw my vehicle towards the on-coming traffic flow - which cannot be seen in advance due to the blind corner. There are, again, numerous potholes along both road edges bewteen this corner and the David Hume Bridge.

100m of damaged road surface, 8th May
The nearside of this road (traveling West to East) over about 100 metres is very severely broken-up. It is potentially damaging to tyres and suspension. Cars move into the centre of the carriageway to avoid this damage which poses a significant risk since it is on the approach to a blind corner at Ninewells Mains. Cars traveling in the opposite direction perform similar manoeuvres to avoid a series of potholes on the opposite side of the road. A collision is waiting to happen.
