Parking on pavement Chapel close, 2nd July
This car has parked on the pavement blocking people from using it including prams and wheelchairs the path leads to a popular children’s playground. This issue is on going, I understand parking on the street can be tricky to find however there is a free car park 100m away and a field owned by the church that allows street residents to use as parking for free 100 meters away also.

New pothole, 12th April
A new pothole has appeared on the inside of the bend, it is in a dangerous position as it has the potential to throw a car or motorcycle into the path of oncoming traffic. This is the site of many accidents over the years, so needs urgent attention.

A large amount of cardboard has been left at this location, it may have been put out for recycling, but it is far more than the recycling truck will take & is a danger to passing traffic in the current windy conditions.

Cooker fly tipped at the bottom of Mount, 6th April
A cooker has been dumped at the bottom of Mount..it has been moved back from the edge of the road so it is not a hazard to traffic.

18 inch pot hole, on carneton close in front of number 11, 26th October
This pothole has been created by constant lorries driving up and down the PAVEMENT trying to access the Legacy site at Pentire green. It was bought to the attention of site managers 3 months ago, it is now getting progressively worse, the road is not a suitable width and needs to be made into a 20 MPH zone with speed humps, the road has constant cars speeding up and down with builders trying to get to site,, there used to be children playing out on pavement but as parents of the street we now feel it is unsafe with constant lorries driving on kerbs and speeding traffic This has been going on since the site opened 6 months we have chatted to site managers but they say it is not there issue its down to the council

Collapsing highway, kerbs and pavement outside 45 Churchfields Road, Cubert, TR8 5JN, 14th February
This issue was reported approx. 4-5 years ago and someone investigated it, marked up the area with spray paint, but nothing was ever done. The area has now sunk further and the crack in the highway is getting larger.

Ignoring "keep to footpath" and "keep dogs on leads" signs, 3rd November
More and more people ignoring signage over private farmland. Signs have been put up this year advising of the path and to keep dogs on leads but some have been vandalised or removed. More and more dog mess left which is a risk to cattle. More official signage and the footpath marked along the route would help.
