Poor Cleanliness of Road, 30th November
I am constantly dissapointed by the poor state of the roads in the section of the B3274 towards Padstow from Winnards Perch over several months now.
Just after the roundabout there is a number of Agricultural and Construction areas and as such the road is constantly filthy and dangerous to motorbikes cyclists and other users using this road.
Can you advise please or use any powers possible to ensure that the perpetrators clean up the road when they leave a mess.
