House flooding, 29th December
The pipe taking water from the field ditch has been blocked for some while. Your operatives cleared it a couple of weeks ago during routine drain clearing along our road but after a few hours it blocked again. The result of the pipe being blocked is that the water flows down the road and has found a route through our wall and into our rear garden. This has been ongoing now for three winters and our soak away failed due to the extent of water. Every winter I have to use a submersible pump to stop our property being flooded. Something permanent has to be done now to sort this problem before we have a major flood. If the water running down the road were to stay on the other side from us we would be okay, however the camber of the road sends it over to our side. I would be grateful for a site meeting to discuss.

Flooding, 6th November
We have a problem with water entering our property from the road which over the last couple of years has now caused our soakaway to fail. The cause of this is a blocked pipe up the road from us which takes water from the field ditch under the road and down to Trebudannon hamlet. I have rodded this pipe previously which stops the problem until heavy rain falls again. The pipe in question is too small for the job and needs to be replaced. I have a submersible pump running constantly to stop us flooding.
