Diversion road sign left behind, 15th April
Diversion road sign left behind. Diversion no long in use. Been left for 2 weeks now at least. Has been blown over many times so passers by keep leaning it against my house behind a bench, continually banging against my wall in the wind. I don't want it to fall on anyone or trip anyone but I also don't want it to damage my render or paintwork.

No traffic management, 31st May
This whole road along the whole high street is an absolute joke. Why has there never been any attempt at easing the build up of traffic along here due to poor visibility of incoming traffic. Locals know you need to wait to let cars through but others just keep coming which then block the road up. Cars have to go up footpaths or back up, risk hitting wing mirrors, it can become a real nightmare. It is not possible to see if a car is coming from either end then you meet up in the middle with cars blocking you all in from either ends. Why have traffic lights not been put in? Or the traffic made to go one way? There's not even any signs telling you to check for oncoming cars or let oncoming cars come first. Crazy to the point where locals don't want to live in a place where they have to deal with that everyday.

Speeding, 10th September
Known to be a problem for a long time, there are now more and more kids walking to school down Newquay Road. Speeding occurs both ways when people leave and enter the town sometimes double the 30mph speed limit. I think an addition such as the traffic control islands on Station Road in the other side of town is essential. If not average speed across Newquay Road really should be introduced.

Manhole covers above the pavement, 6th April
This area of pavement is in dire need of attention. The stone wall is crumbling. The pavement has many manholes and service plates that are sited above the pavement tarmac surface. The kerb stones are damaged or missing. The raising of the pavement to the manholes should also help the surface butt up to the pavers by the gates to resident homes. The road markings are rubbed and worn. The pavement has no wheelchair/ pushchair access at either end.
