FIXMYSTREET IN TR5 0XL
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of TR5 0XL:
Safety signs for cyclists and pedestrians blown away and not replaced. Speed limit still 60 mph on a road that’s now regularly used by families cycling and walking, 21st January
The Saints Trail crosses this section of highway and a 60 mph speed limit is particularly unsafe. The lower end of the road has been reduced to 30 and then to 20 mph. Reasons for reduced speed limits in areas of pedestrian use do not need explanation. Please extend the 30 mph limit to this very dangerous section and make it safe for us to use.

Single yellow lines are being ignored opposite the drive of no 1 Rosemundy, St Agnes TR5 0uf. This is obstructing traffic and the drives adjacent meaning cars are unable to get on and off their drive ways. I think that the yellow lines need re painting and clear signage needs to be re installed. It was there at one stage but over the years has disappeared. It is also a particular problem currently as there are so many tourists in the village., 21st July
As above

Dangerous Manhole Cover - sloping ground, 29th September
Opposite the fish and chip in St Agnes and on the pavement just up from the supermarket & post office store (3 meters), there is a manhole cover on the sloping ground(picture 1)
I was walking there today and saw a lady crash to the ground and nearly getting a broken ankle and how she did not break her arm I do not know. Two people had to lift her up. The cause being a damp manhole cover (picture 1). Its a lethal cover in any damp or wet conditions and will definitely cause someone a severe accident. It looks very new as you can see. It needs replacing with something similar to picture 2 that I saw on the road near the Rosemundy Hotel but anyways I am sure there are alternatives.
