Ongoing litter build-up on roadside and in surrounding land, 7th January
There is an ongoing accumulation of litter all along the roadside from Devoran to Bissoe. This has been building-up for very many months, despite my requests on FixMyStreet to have it cleaned up. The litter is such that it is spreading into the adjacent land, including the Carnon Valley wetlands by the side of the road. To clean this up will need someone in waders and with a long-handled litter picker. It looks horrible and is a threat to wildlife. It is also in a World Heritage Site and is an area used by many walkers and cyclists, including visitors from further afield.
