Narrowing of footpath, 15th February
The main footpath is narrowing due to grass each side encroaching over the tarmac. If someone walks towards you, one of you has to walk on the grass. Current roadworks where the pathway was dug up clearly shows the pathway is around 2 foot wider than what it currently is, see photo.

Mud on pedestrian pavement - run-off from field, 8th February
Mud and silt runs off from the neighbouring field on a regular basis, making the footpath muddy and slippery, a hazard for pedestrians. Can National Highways contact the landowner and require them to take measures to stop the mud. Also a local business has an agreement with National Highways to maintain the area - they may be able to help address this problem.

Standing water, 13th December
There has been water covering the pathway, grass verge and road gutter for nearly 3 weeks for a distance of around 30 metres. The water is moving in places, but not draining away, there was bubbles in places indicating there was a pipe leak or blockage somewhere along the verge or pathway. You have to walk through the water or walk on the road.

Water continually pouring down Cockwells Lane, 10th December
This has been an on going problem, even without rain it pours down the lane. Drains don’t seem to be blocked but can’t cope, even when dry weather. Would appreciate someone to come out and access the whole lane and correct it, instead of patching it up as it has been in the past. Many thanks for your time.

Overgrown hedges, 12th July
This road has overgrown bushes and trees along it's whole length. It is becoming so narrow that it is almost down to single lane width. This is a double decker bus route. I have had to reverse back when meeting the bus or a lorry because it is just not wide enough to pass a large vehicle due to the overgrown bushes. Also, this road is getting busier every week because people are diverting to avoid the dangerous Crowlas Crossroad entry onto the A30
