Mass of potholes, 3rd March
Road surface in a patch just past the turn has not been great for several months. Recently this has become much worse with various potholes and sizes across the road. You can no longer avoid hitting them. Will continue to get worse with the rainy weather and as the road is very busy.

Potholes have been there for more than a week and cars have to drive over them, to avoid you have to go onto the oncoming traffic lane which will cause an accident

Road closed/road works signage dangerous, 15th January
Newquay Road is closed for maintenance however this road comes off of a crossroads where there are traffic lights. Heading north on Tregolls Road towards Union Hill, the road splits into three lanes; one for left turn only on to Newquay Rd and two for straight on to Union Hill. The road closed sign is only on Newquay Road so cars who join the left only lane cannot see the road is closed until they attempt the turn. This is dangerous because the traffic lights for the left turn change before the lights for straight on traffic, meaning traffic then have no choice but to go on ahead at the same as joining traffic heading east from Newquay Road or once head on traffic from Tregolls Road are moving.

Tiles loose on house above pavement, 3rd December
I have loose tiles above the footpath outside number 129 Treffry Road. I have reported it to my insurance company and waiting for them to send someone out to fix it. Is it worth putting a couple of footpath closed signs out as if it’s windy the tiles could fall on someone or a car below.
