FIXMYSTREET IN TQ9 6QA
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of TQ9 6QA:
Whole road surface badly damaged with numerous potholes, 8th May
The problem has been getting worse over the last six months. I have complained to the Council and have emailed Meg Booth, Head of Highways, and had no response. It is extremely dangerous, especially if drivers are unprepared to proceed at crawling speed.

The bank for an open gulley is being washed away and about to collapse which will cause flooding, 17th May
There is an open gulley for which the outlet is no lower than the inlet so the bank is continually soaked in water and is at the point of collapse, the drainage becomes continually blocked with leaves and debris which I have had to clear out around 12 times each year to avoid flooding problems including 1 1/2 hours last Boxing Day. I have just met your surveyors who are looking at redressing the road, last time this was carried out it caused horrendous blockings with loose road dressing just over 5 years ago, this really needs further attention and I would be more than happy to show someone the problems to achieve some sort of resolution.
Thank You

Multiple potholes along the entire length of Hoyle Lane, 28th September
Individual large potholes are, in time, repaired. However, they are never repaired properly, with material merely shovelled in and driven over. Within weeks the infill material is washed out. Though few vehicles use this road, the increasingly poor state is damaging our cars, and is a major hazard for horse riders, cyclists and motorbikes.

Multiple potholes along the entire length of this road, with the largest, reported in Aug. 2015, still not repaired., 10th February
Multiple potholes at various locations along the entire length of the road, with the road surface having crumbled away at places along the edge. At least the latter channels some of the water, but that increases the damage. This road is becoming impassable to ordinary vehicles, but as I live there, I have no choice, and had to replace my elderly car as it could not cope, but fear for its replacement. The road is now exceptionally dangerous for other road users, such as horse riders, cyclists, and bikers.

Pothole on route to college, 14th January
I travel to college via aish road every day and on entering Aish there is a large pot hole on the left hand side of the road. Seeing as this road is quite narrow, having to go on the right side of the road could be dangerous. I see people cycling a lot down there and this pothole could cause an accident and injury.
