Massive pothole due to blocked drain drain, 6th January
This area just beyond the 30mph road sign inbound to churchstow has a very deep pot hole which then dips down into the drain this area now floods. I could not avoid the pothole as I was unaware it was there as a result tyre tore. Devon county Council have deemed this not a problem as nothing has been reported before.

Packed with plastic, rubbish and dead animals, 15th January
Bantham Beach used to be beautiful. But in recent months (although there are now charges to enter), the beach is packed with old fishing line and plastic debris, and a few times dead dolphins that have washed up on shore have not been collected within 24 hours (which is the law) meaning dogs are at risk from investigating and eating diseased dolphin meat.
The income from the site should be used to keep this beach clean, it is listed as one of Europe's best beaches, but the lack of cleaning up the litter is ruining this Devon beauty spot, and is a hazard for pets, wildlife and people.

Road sides broken away, not wide enough for car wheels which pulls car into hedges., 8th March
This has been deteriorating over the last few months to such an extent that the road is not capable of supporting both sides of the car. This has resulted in tyre damage on the inner tyre wall in addition to pulling the car into the side banks. It is now simply dangerous particularly at night.

Road very narrow, 21st May
The road at the point indicated is only some 193 cm (76.25 in) wide. the pot holes to the left and right of this are: left, 7.3 m x 20cm deep. right, 3.2m x 24cm deep. (this is looking south. obviously any deviation from exact centre take the vehicle into the hedge which of course is very dangerous. damage to our tyres is now becoming tedious particulaly in the dark.

Large pothole, 11th February
This pothole was previously reported and patched as a result, it lasted eight days. it is now larger than ever( 90cm x100cm x15cm deep), and apart from damaged wheels and tyres, some people are refusing to visit our property because of it. this is in addition to the narrowing of the road (150 cm see photo's). we are now going to retain some of our council tax to offset the additional cost and inconvenience caused by this.

Road narrowed, 2nd November
The top of the road is barely passable through side breakaway, it is not now wide enough to keep both side of the car on the road. This is followed by a large pothole which has already resulted in a damaged offside front tyre at night. At the lower part of the lane, just before Higher Warcombe the road has collapsed into approx 2m x 1 m. Depth approx 150mm. Everyone in the road has been finding this very dangerous for some time now, we feel an accident is now imminent especially at night.
