No collection for three weeks, 26th February

Tue, 26 Feb 2008 17:54:06 +0000
50.2942999527219 -3.66017062964181

Dear sirs, My mother hasn't had her rubbish collected for three weeks now. A neighbour in the village rudely/dryly said that if we didn't tip the rubbish men at Christmas (which she didn't: she is on a pension and can hardly afford to pay the bills) then they won't bother collecting her bins. She, as everyone else in Slapton, pays her council tax with the assumption your bin collectors will do just that. Can you please ensure that her bins - whatever the colour: brown, black, green - are collected this week, and would you also contact us both to explain the inexcusable three-week delay? Yours, William
