Hedge needs cutting please., 29th May
The Salcombe Dip junction leading onto the main A381 Teignmouth Road is dangerous because the hedge is overgrown and drivers do not have a far enough visibility splay in BOTH directions. As a resident we see several 'near misses'. There is a 40mph speed limit which is not adhered to and therefore with a shortened view and fast travelling vehicles, it is very difficult to pull out SAFELY. The hedge on the Bishopsteignton village side needs to be cut right back so that the brow of the hill is visible to avoid possible collisions in the NEAR future.....This needs to be done on an annual basis?
