Pavement very poor on wheelchair route, 9th October
This is the only way that wheelchair users can get to platform 2 at the station. It's not possible from within the station. The footway's surface is broken with lots of loose debris. This makes an inadequate route even worse for powered wheelchair users. Please repair or the relay the footway surface on the bridge. It's the only wheelchair route to platform 2.

Noise nuisance and dangerous behaviour with teenagers jumping off seawall, 14th September
For at least the last two years, teenagers have been congregating on the seawall and breakwater at high tide throughout the summer and on evenings and weekends throughout all the warmer months of the year, to repeatedly jump into the water from height. They hang around the public toilets or sea wall, hassling passers-by, and their loud splashing, shouting, screaming, arguing and swearing creates noise which often goes on until well after dark and is clearly audible from the street and can be heard from Town Beach on quiet days. Besides the noise, this jumping behaviour is extremely dangerous to themselves and anyone swimming below, drives away fish for people angling in these areas and makes the whole place an unpleasant and aggressive environment.

Cars park very close to the junction with the B3102, 23rd August
Cars regularly park very close to this junction. This could limit emergency services gaining access to residents. When the college is open residents have been unable to turn into the road on occasion as parents completely block the entry to Yannon Drive. Double yellow lines would limit the parking so close to the corner of a very busy main road.

Excessive Speeding in a 30 Zone, 26th May
On a regular basis we have cars doing 40 and above through our stretch of road. Even worse we have a lot of bikers who meet in Teignmouth or use this route a a race track, I couldn't imagine the speeds, but they are in excess of 60 mph. Taking over cars that are doing the speed limit is a problem. Also the noise is loud. This is happening all the time and is only getting worse. It is a danger to pedestrians and other law abiding road users. The police don't bother, they seem to just let them go.

This car is parked in double yellows in a narrow road with no footpath. It is hazardous to walk on at the best of times and this illegal parking heightens the danger., 19th March
Very dangerous for pedestrians , especially the deaf and old as well as young children. There are always pedestrians on this road and one day someone will be seriously injured. This illegal parking is selfish and puts people at risk

Car parked inside bollards on the pavement, 1st July
There is a car that has been parked on the pavement outside a block of flats - 17 Orchard Gardens specifically. It has been driven in through the bottom end of the bollards so that it is inside and completely on the pavement. Although some things can pass other things cannot and it's not actually an allowed place to park. It is not a parking spot. Notes have been left but they have been ignored and it continues to remain there. Parking is an issue for everyone and that is not the answer or choice.

Vehicles parked within 10m of junction, obstructing visibility, 18th June
There are constantly vehicles parked on New Road within 10m of the junction with Elizabethan Way. Recently a trailer has also been left parked almost on top of the junction. The parked vehicles make it very difficult to exit Elizabethan Way (the only access in and out of the Marine View estate of 100+ homes). Traffic coming down New Road can only be seen by pulling out into it's path, which is particularly dangerous on a bike.
Can anything be done, such as double yellow lines painted, to try to encourage people to follow the highway code, and to improve visibility on this junction?

Challenged by a man in a van with ''Security'' markings, 25th May
We parked up in this road this morning to walk the dog in the woods. While I was waiting by our car for my wife to return with the dog, a man in a red van with ''Security'' painted on the side stopped and asked me ''What are you doing?''. I explained I was in a public place and that it was non of his business. Are the locals employing private security firms to patrol what they see as ''their'' streets now? My wife was also stopped on this very same road when she was turning the car round - about two weeks ago (again - she was on the public road - not on anyone's drive etc) - he blocked her way and said ''I live here - why are you turning''. She retorted that she was on a public road and he let her pass, eventually.
