Street lights not working, 21st January
This is a busy sharp corner used by a lot of traffic when it is dark, as now it goes dark around 4.45pm it becomes dangerous. There are a lot people walking up and down Kingsway Way. It is also a bus route.

Pavement very poor on wheelchair route, 9th October
This is the only way that wheelchair users can get to platform 2 at the station. It's not possible from within the station. The footway's surface is broken with lots of loose debris. This makes an inadequate route even worse for powered wheelchair users. Please repair or the relay the footway surface on the bridge. It's the only wheelchair route to platform 2.

Cars park very close to the junction with the B3102, 23rd August
Cars regularly park very close to this junction. This could limit emergency services gaining access to residents. When the college is open residents have been unable to turn into the road on occasion as parents completely block the entry to Yannon Drive. Double yellow lines would limit the parking so close to the corner of a very busy main road.

Trees overhanging and dangerous to parked vehicles, 13th July
Trees on corner of hutchings way and mill lane over hanging and dangerous to parked cars when the wind is bad the trees are bending over ready to break ,need trimming back a d the trees are covering lamp post and there is a lot of flytipping in there like a dumping ground or breeding ground for rats

Unhappy residents, 19th April
Can somebody please look into why we have had headway cross road swept twice this week ??but you cant even maintain the edging absolutely ridiculous waste of money on top of the money being spent on Teignbridge offices

This car is parked in double yellows in a narrow road with no footpath. It is hazardous to walk on at the best of times and this illegal parking heightens the danger., 19th March
Very dangerous for pedestrians , especially the deaf and old as well as young children. There are always pedestrians on this road and one day someone will be seriously injured. This illegal parking is selfish and puts people at risk

Car parked across pavement, 3rd March
Car parked across pavement for last 3 days. Pedestrians/school children have to walk into the road to pass the parked vehicle and it can be quite a fast road so can be dangerous for kids.

Car parks completely across the pavement daily, 1st December
This car parks completely across the pavement daily. We have to walk into the road to pass the vehicle. Its parked partly on a driveway and across the pavement on a daily basis! Its been parking there for a few months.

Damaged pavement obstructing the pavement, 4th November
Double yellow lines were put in place due to cars obstructing access. Unfortunately since then a number of people are still creating access problems by now parking on the corner and pavements. The pavement has also been damaged by the parking and has become a trip hazard. The pavement is also being totally obstructed

Car parked inside bollards on the pavement, 1st July
There is a car that has been parked on the pavement outside a block of flats - 17 Orchard Gardens specifically. It has been driven in through the bottom end of the bollards so that it is inside and completely on the pavement. Although some things can pass other things cannot and it's not actually an allowed place to park. It is not a parking spot. Notes have been left but they have been ignored and it continues to remain there. Parking is an issue for everyone and that is not the answer or choice.

Over hanging trees tall conifers onto pavement and when wind blows they are bowing over and it worries me they are coming down onto my cars parked on road they are a hazardous danger, 9th March
On the corner of Hutchings way and mill lane there are conifer trees which are really growing awkwardly dangerous ,and when storm Eunice was here last week ,they were coming right over and big branches have fallen quite close to my car on my drive opposite ,it's only a matter of time before one of their branches fall on someone or a child going to school
