Flooding to property, 3rd October
Whenever there is heavy rain the water cascades down the drive in torrents and the drainage channels on the property simply can't cope with the amount of water pouring off farm land and the council road. There appear to be no drainage channels, ditches or public drains and there is serious danger of flooding. Sandbags were requested but have been of little use because of the volume of water.

Ice, 7th December
Ice on roads from heathercombe heatree hill ( which we have had to clear ourselves) ice at the crossroads and very bad around Hound tor. We should be able to get out of our houses, we have as much right as anyone to have the roads gritted. The bridle paths are not done either.
