Dropped Kerb length for joint enlarged drive and large puddle near my kerb., 12th January
I share my drive at 32 Parkelands in Bovey Tracey with my neighbour at. No 34. Her drive was enlarged some time ago but the previous owner of my home did not do the same..There is a legal agreement between us that she parks at the entrance of the drive and I park at the top in front of my garage. I have decided to enlarge the entrance to my drive to match my neighbour's drive so that both of us (who are about eighty years old) can park at the beginning of the drive with ease. Our road is used extensively for local free parking and cars frequently park up to where the kerb drops which can make it impossible for me to back out of my drive. Also a large puddle frquently forms at the beginning of my drive as the road has a dip. I would be most grateful if you could come and inspect the situation with a view to correcting the kerb drop and the road dip so that we can both get in and out of our joint drive safely. I am just recovering from my second knee replacement and am driving again..I have other medical problems and I am looking into the possibility of being registered as disabled. Dangerous gate by cattle grid, 22nd September
This gate has been a problem for horse riders for many years as it does not open fully. It also has a handle that sticks up at a level where it could easily get hooked onto the horse's tack whilst opening the gate or passing through which could cause a serious accident or injury. In addition it would be impossible for a horse drawn vehicle to use this gate.

The trees/bushes at the end of the footpath roadside, 5th August
The bushes either side of path road side Monks way is seriously blocking visual awareness for drivers/pedestrians. Pedestrians crossing have to stand on the road to look at traffic both ways to cross to Challabrook

Several potholes outside Edgemoor Hotel 30 meters from Lowerdown Cross. Severe danger to vehicles and cyclists, 3rd January
There are several potholes, one very deep and obscured during rain. The problem is recurring and has been patched many times. Currently a serious accident is very likely. Location - outside Edgmoor Hotel on Haytor road approx 30 meters from Lowerdown Cross.

A large Pothole with water pouring out on the road. This has been very bad for sometime now and is getting worse. Shame on the council., 18th August
This pothole and flowing water is out side the Edgmoor Hotel Bovey Tracey. Its a disgrace that its been left for so long.

Mile Stone, 24th July
This Stone milestone stands tall and restricts vision on the left of traffic coming from Manaton,Becky falls. As this is so old and of no purpose now, I'm sure most people would like it removed for safety sake.
