In dip in Farley Hill, north-west of Coombeshead Farm. Pot hole previously filled in is re-opening. In rise c.35m north-east of drainage gulley there is a large pot hole at edge of road 10"+ wide in which a friend who did not see it in the dark scrapped a front tyre costing £100.00., 10th December
This pot hole is growing in size and is on a single track road and will soon not be able to be avoided. There is heavy use of this road by tractors and agricultural implements.

Another couple of bags on the West side of the road in the clearing., 21st March
More bags have appeared. Also, would it be possible to have a litter pick of the whole road. I know it is a large task but we only need it once every few years, things are getting quite messy.

Very large hanging branch over hump back bridge, 15th March
The tree over hanging the humpback bridge has a very large branch that has broken and is hanging over the road. Whilst it is too high to touch a car it is severely damaged and liable to fall in the wind. The Teign school bus will have to pass under it tomorrow morning.

Increasingly Dangerous Potholes, 9th March
In spite of numerous inadequate attempts to fill potholes in Broadway, most of which last little more than a few weeks, the problem has become much worse of late and it is surely time to effect proper repairs to the 7 or 8 growing holes in this road. The road is busy carrying cars trucks and tractors throughout the day. Effective repairs would certainly be cost effective over little time if properly dug out and filled with suitable 'tar mac' which would last. Please could proper repairs be made this time, before a serious accident or expensive damage to vehicles occurs. Thankyou

Large discrepancies in Road Surface, 3rd October
Water running to the low point in this lane has caused large holes and a build up of compacted material that has left this section of road very difficult to cross. During wet weather this section is also under water making crossing it even more difficult as you are unable to navigate the best route through. Cars are currently driving up the back to pass this area and even this is becoming hazardous.

Bad Pot Hole, 20th August
This one is about 2' 6" x 1' 6" and 3" deep with vertical sharp edges. It is about one third of the way in from the hedge on this narrow road - just where a cyclist or motor cyclist would be cycling.

Potholes, 5th February
Increasingly large and deep potholes are in urgent need of attention. Teign Lane carries regular and often heavy agricultural vehicles causing the road to break up into pot holes which have now become a danger to car tyre walls and wheels, and also pedestrians walking in the Lane especially after dark, or when the potholes are full of water. This has been reported previously and has led to poor quality repairs

Large pothole in road, 7th June
Large pothole surrounding a drainage grille. Right on the crest of a hill and spreading across most of the single-lane carriageway. This is dangerous to cyclists and motor-cyclists as it can't be seen as it is on the crest of a small rise.

Concrete posts in dangerous condition, 31st March
Two concrete posts which support railings to prevent pedestrians and traffic falling into drainage gulley have been hit by traffic a number of times. They are now in dangerous state and could collapse at any time.

Lots of potholes!, 21st June
Many potholes (at least 8 significant ones that force you to drive around them) on this short stretch of road from Teign Valley road up to Hyner Bridge at depths of 50-150mm.
Last time (only about four months ago) used DCC's web reporting twice, and apparently it sent report to wrong department where it was ignored.
