Diesel generator running 24 hours per day placed 20 feet from bus stop, 14th April
There is a diesel/petrol generator on Dsigns forecourt running 24 hours a day. It is positioned only 20 feet away from the bus stop shelter. It fills the shelter with noxious fumes, waiting times for buses can often be 40 or 50 minutes meaning public has to either stand out in the rain or sit in a fume filled shelter. Many elderly use this bus and have no choice but to sit and the only place with seating is the bus shelter. The generator is also very noisy and again we have to wait long time for buses and noise is VERY bad after just a short while. Please get dsigs to move generator away from the public area.

Overgrown low hanging branches, 21st July
The footpath that runs along A38 between Drumbridges roundabout and Old Newton Road Heathfield has many low hanging heavy branches which are hazardous to pedestrians and cyclists. This has been on going for a number of months

Are amounts of Litter on the A38 verges all the way from Exeter to Tamar bridge, 5th March
The entire A 38 is a disgrace from Exeter to Tamar bridge with more litter than I have ever seen. I have travelled this road several times a year for over 20 years and have never been so saddened to see such a large amount of litter on the verges.

There is about a 100 yard stretch of potholes scattered along the left lane of the westbound carriageway. . Impossible to avoid them all.

Obstructed visibility from A38 Chudleigh Station Junction N/B slip road give way area, 3rd September
Despite your earlier report being closed, the vegetation growing from the trunk road estate over the bridge parapet adjacent to the southbound entry slip continues to significantly reduce visibility to the right from the northbound exit slip, to something like 20 metres. Visibility at this junction is poor at the best of times, due to the location of the bridge parapet. This has been an issue from before the beginning of August, as indicated by the date of your earlier report.
A visibility improvement scheme was undertaken at this location some years ago to improve visibility looking right towards Chudleigh, but hasn't been maintained.

A38 service vehicles parking all 4 wheels on cycle track, 2nd August
Hello, Not for the first time I am reporting service vehicles who are parking on the "Cycle Track" reg No RY21 EBM at approx 20.00 and 20.45 on 01-08-22. This has happened for the last two weeks at least (Two Wheels) They obviously do not care / do not know the law about vehicles use on Cycle Tracks. I did inform the two people in pickup, that it is not correct, did not raise my voice / use profanity. They relpied but had no intention of moving.

Over hanging trees on the footpath at the top of River Valley Road around onto Plymouth Road, Chudleigh Knighton., 15th May
The trees need cutting back. I am only 5'2" and these trees hit my head! I believe that they are May Trees and because they have blossoms on them their branches hang down.

Mercedes Sprinter van parked on pavement at the mouth of Voisey close/B3344. People can not use pavement. Vehicle causes an obstruction for drivers entering the close.causing a danger to children who play in the close., 18th June
