Mismatch between signs and markings, 22nd February
Road signs say ‘left- hand lane for Paignton, right hand lane for Newton Abbot’
Marking say ‘traffic in left lane may feed in for Newton as they round the bend.’
The result: a fair number of near-misses as people filling the road markings are nearly side-swiped by people following the signage!

Parking in contravention of HC rules 123,243,244 & 247, 10th February
Giant car transporters (delivery to Eden Garage) are daily parked at the junction of Orchard Way & Edginswell Lane, obstructing the footpath/pavement, engine frequently left running with no driver present, and parked over double yellow lines. This has been happening for over 2 years!

Constant dog barking, 24th August
Neighbours have dogs that when they are out constantly bark. The often bark to the gone midnight. I have asked the owners to sort it out which they did for a couple of months but now it's back to the constant barking

Abandoned tatty white Kia parked on corner and onto public verge no rear number plate no MOT, 24th December
Tenants moved out leaving car and other debris in front and rear garden. Kia blocking view for pedestrians and motorists as parked on corner also blocking public grass verge. Also plants overgrown blocking storm drain. Kia has no mot and no rear number plate

Mobile homes/work vans parked on drives against restrictive covenant park 3 to four cars on the cul de sac and the bends restricting cars entering the close or having anywhere to park . There is nowhere for anyone to park if residents need an engineer to call to their property, 29th October
Several residents park their mobile home on their drives they have four cars which they park on the road and the sharp turns to different parts of the cul de sacs. another no 18 parks his work van on his drive he has 2 cars .There is a convenant on the properties not to park work vehicles and mobile homes/caravans drive ways. Another property no 12 repairs vehicles on his drive hence parking a work van and 4 cars on the road .No visitors to residents properties are able to park in the cul de sac no emergency service would be able to enter the close due to the inconsiderate parking.
