Very overgrown hedge on 'The Black Path' footpath that runs between Quebec Road & Wishing Tree Road North. One of the hedges at the top of the footpath is so overgrown you have to bend down and squeeze past. A sapling has also been cut down and left at the top of the path which is a trip hazard.
