It’s dreadful we nearly had a head on collision where we had to swerve on to the other side and the car coming towards us ended up on the verge it was the most scariest time in my life and I don’t think I’ll return to drive for a while it needs shit and re doing

Bad road surface, 17th November
The whole road surface along Pett Level Road from The Smuggler Inn to the beginning of the 30mph speed limit along Winchelsea Beach is appalling. There are pot holes and ruts, as well as serious flooding. I'm sure others have reported it too. Please can the whole road be resurfaced as soon as is reasonably practical.

Dead and decaying fox 5m from the steps up onto the beach in the layby. Cars parking close to the carcass plus walkers passing close by thus it's a health hazard, and stinks, even on a windy day. Please remove the carcass as soon as possible. Thank you!
