Drainage on Charing Hill blocked, 25th February
Drains on the road have been blocked for far too long. Making the road awful to use when there's rainfall, a nuisance for pavement users getting splashed, and washing road grot up on the pavement as well

Abandoned vehicle for past week without number plates, 4th September
Black fiesta parked outside my house appears abandoned with no number plates. This is a parking area and is very busy because of the A20 roadworks (people use Old Ashford Road as a rat run). It affects large vehicles turning into the Moat

Flooded pavement, 4th December
Just beyond Broadway cottages.The pavement is slippery and wet from a constant drain leak. The path is impassable on safety grounds and pedestrians are walking in the road to avoid slipping over on the mud and leaves.

Road alterations, 2nd September
I cycled up Charing hill this morning at about 5 mph with about 20 vehicles behind me. I have seen similar queues behind farm vehicles coming up the hill on the A252 The recent road alterations ( I could not call them improvements) are not working. It was a missed opportunity to put in a cycle path on the up hill side, there are far too many unnecessary road signs. The usable space has not been used wisely.

Fence unstable following a car accident, 19th July
This evening there was a car accident which crashed into the public toilets on the Old Ashford Road. The wooden fence surrounding the toilet is only held on by a couple of nails and could fall onto a passerby or into the road causing another accident.

These people have left these items outside their house. On public road, not their garden. It's been there for 2 weeks. It is a real eye soar.

Storm drain in need of repair., 22nd December
The storm drain is directly outside our front door. We have noticed our property shakes when traffic drives over it. It also lifts and falls producing a distinct clunking noise. I am not sure if it has been repaired recently but it seems to be in need of some maintenance.

Speeding traffic causing house movement and parking lorries, 12th December
With the M20 be closed over night we have lorries speeding past our house on the A20. We have experienced this for the past several months with the house shaking all night as lorries thunder past. This is now causing house movement as we have cracks appearing in walls and ceiling’s. They do not abide by the speed limit of 40mph The using of M20 for op stack is not a success as the lorries are using the A20 instead and again are not sticking to the 40 speed limit and are parking overnight across the road from our row of houses. We have even had to ask lorries trying to park to leave the lay-by outside of the houses as they block driveways

Blocked drains on Northern Bypass, 8th October
The drains along the Northern bypass are pretty much all blocked up with mud, leaves and other detritus. Some even have grass growing out of them. Yet there is enough money to waste on crash barriers and new road markings?

The pavement between the roundabout and Hart Hill is overgrown and in a generally poor condition. Trees and bushes overgrown over pavement in places, and the pavement itself about half of its origianl width with out of control/unkempt grass

Men working on light MHCG004 Charing High Street, now no longer working., 1st June
This light was working perfectly, but two men appeared last week, dug a hole and fiddled and now the light does not come on at all. The street is VERY dark at night, danger of falling when walking along the pavements. Please restore light. thank you.

Several potholes in close proximity, 29th February
The potholes have been in this section (Westwell Leacon) of the A20 for a while now. They only seem to be growing in size. Also more potholes are appearing in close proximity to the potholes which have been there for a longer period of time. It is becoming almost impossible to not hit a pothole. The potholes are big enough to be causing serious damages to vehicles.
