Re-reporting a continual problem, 13th March
South bound off slip at roundabout - lights going to red every minute or so. Causing long tailbacks. NOT fixed - although was sent a message to indicate that it had been. This has been a regular fault for years!!!
Regular drivers are now just ignoring the lights.

Flooding when it rains, 7th March
Please can drainage be checked urgently. In the rain cars have to swerve and it's very dangerous. The whole stretch here is also full of litter and trash (i.e. there is a piece of white painted wood just before the bridge next to the middle division reaching into the outer lane) . People regularly swerve too. All been there for weeks. There are so many accidents on this stretch of the A21, some maintenance would be a good idea.

Graffiti on bridge support, 9th February
I reported the same graffiti on 15 August 2023. The report was updated that would be inspected and report closed on 16 August 2023.
I reported this issue again on Sunday 4 February.
I received the following response:
"We waiting on clarification that the structure is our responsibility. Once we have this confirmed an order will be raised for our maintenance partners to arrange removal" and the issue was closed on 9 February.
I am not satisfied that the issue is resolved. The case should only be closed if deemed not to be responsible for the structure, or when the graffiti is removed/covered.

The section northbound on the bridge doesn't appear to be draining properly in heavy rain, the other side is ok but this section appears worse since repairs carried out between the joins of the spans

Faded double yellow lines, 28th September
The double yellow lines at the top of Ridgeway and at the bottom of the hill where you go round the bend into Ridgeway are very faded and have not been maintained. Somewhen everyday people park on them this is both dangerous for when children come out of the local school and when drivers go round the bend at the bottom of the hill.
