Pot holes and lose gravel all along spinney lane, 17th March
This pothole situation has been ongoing since I moved here 8 years ago and it’s only gotten worse over the years, and as a motorcyclist navigating spinney lane is becoming more and more dangerous for me, as my bike starts sliding over any lose gravel as well as having to avoid the potholes at the same time, the level of maintenance on Spinney lane and adjacent lanes is appalling and shows a lack of care and consideration for anyone that has to use these lanes, and when they have been filled in the past within a couple of weeks it needs doing again, I would call this either shoddy workmanship, or crap materials you use, or both. Please get your act together and do a better job of filling in the holes.

Dangerous road condition including rutting and potholes, 16th February
Continuous bad road condition including numerous potholes, bad rutting, sunken drain/utility covers. The north west side of the road from the Cuckoo trail bridge all the way up past Horam Park Close and Grange Close up to the roundabout with the A267. The road needs a full resurface and not just patching up - cars are swerving into the path of other cars to avoid damage and a serious accident is going to happen.

Multiple potholes previously reported and yet no resolution. This whole stretch of lane is in a poor state of repair and seems neglected.
One pothole was previously marked by contractor on a rainy day but marking washed away within 30 mins.
Please fix these as it is impossible to avoid in vehicles due narrow width of lane and worried damage will soon occur.
