The middle of western road is a cut off - it has been assigned as a turning circle, however there is a number of white vans constantly parked there. There is also other vans parked alongside, covering the pavement. The vans are part of a removal services, and parking isn’t he turning circle make it difficult for residents in Armitage place to get out of western road.

Uneven and degraded pavement, 22nd April
The pavement on this section of Rye Road, most notably between the properties "Galloway' and "Pine Trees" is in a very poor state. Most of the surface is missing, making it very uneven. There have been numerous works (water/gas) in the last couple of years causing damage, and the pavement has never been repaired properly in this section.
