Uneven road surface repair, 12th October
A few ago the junction of the manwarings and Maidstone road was relayed. The surface is now close to being unsafe as it is so uneven. Cars when they go over it are subject to a very large amount of bumps and lumps. When it rains water now cascades down the middle of the road as opposed to the side. People have tripped on the uneven surface whilst crossing.

Lose Man hole cover, 20th May
Man hole cover that was fixed last year is now lose again and clatters every time a car drives over it. A waste of council money when the remedial work doesn't even last a year.

Single pothole, approx 35cm wide by 120 cm long by 6cm deep with jagged edges, 14th March
This pothole is difficult to see and is on a very narrow lane which limits your ability to manoeuvre your vehicle to avoid it if you do see it. The pothole features sharp jagged edges which can easily pierce the tire walls, which is what happened to me on the 09/03/19. This resulted in 2 flat tires and having to utilise my road side assistance provider to recover my vehicle to a garage for repairs (2 replacement tires required)..

Large truckload of builder's debris in plastic bags in: Ruck Lane, Horsmonden, Tonbridge TN12 8EA. Sorry, can't give exact location. Impossible to avoid - fills 1/3 of the road as well as a passing place! Appalling!

Large pot hole, 3rd April
I’ve just had my tyre burst by this pot hole along with another lady 30 seconds prior near the dovecote inn, alders road matfield kent. I am not sure how long the issue has been present but you can see this is deep and jagged and full of water which isn’t obvious until you are upon it and it’s too late.

Huge potholes on Tong Lane and in parts some of the road is missing. It has become dangerous and with the last few months of rain and winds the problem has become worse over the last 4 months.

Deep hole on steep hill, 10th February
There are multiple pot holes on the hill with one in particular over six inches deep and two feet wide. No choice to avoid if there is on-coming traffic and when raining or snow causes cars to leave road on bend.

Severely sunken cover, 6th May
Approaching Horsmonden from Brenchley, very close to the 30 sign is a large inspection cover. Not only has this sunk markedly but the edge between it ans the road surface has opened up into a large wide crack. Cycle wheel can drop in with hazard ous results.
