Graffiti on green street cabinets, 16th December
Thee graffiti on the right hand side cabinet has been there years and both Virgin Media and Openreach claim they do not own it. It is unacceptable that it has been there this long with no one doing anything about it as it is incredibly unsightly and negatively affects the area. Could you please paint the cabinet or find and contact the owner to address immediately?

Should This highways Works Vehicle Be Parked Here, 1st October
This vehicle has been parked here for a couple of days regularly over the past few weeks. Parking for residents is at a premium already and this doesn't help by taking up at least 2 parking spaces.

Polluted carp lake, 5th July
When walking by the small pond near Putlands Leisure Centre today I noticed the water is looking extremely murky and dark, and may well be polluted. Someone has thrown what looks like a child’s car in the main part, which is usually teaming with goldfish/carp. The area is also very overgrown with brambles along the footpath, and the fishing swims look dangerous. I’d appreciate it if someone could please give this urgent attention as it is frequented by local residents and is a sanctuary for all kinds of wildlife and birds, including herons.

Oak tree needing TPO, 17th June
The Oak tree is due to have its crown reduced. We believe a bat roosts in this tree. Also the Oak tree supports a great deal of other wildlife.

Overhanging bush, 23rd January

Overhanging branches and brambles, 5th October
Recently reported by someone else 0n 29/07/21. Minimal cutting back was done but major problem still exists. Conifer hedging has not been cut back for years and now more brambles are appearing which are dangerous. This area borders 27 Forest Road .

These trees are overhanging the road and need cutting back, 21st September
The trees need cutting back as they overhang into the road. There are parked cars on the other side of the road and many a time oncoming traffic from the town pushes to come down the centre of the road. This means that the traffic going towards the town is pushed against the branches. This damages the paintwork. I have reported this previously this year and nothing has been done. As have others. Please can it be dealt with.

Overhanging bush, 20th August
The alley near the John Brunt is almost impassible and has been for some time, it was cut back recently but it’s still not enough and needs to be cut back further

We get floods in Kent close, 17th August
The last two heave rain in July &1st august no 3 & 5 Kent close was flooded come in side the house was reported on the 1st on emergency phone line about 10pm on the 1st august but have had no up dates on what can be done. If it was for the help of other people in the close the water coming into my store room where my wheelchair is keeped as it was flooded when l rang to say water coming in to the house. When the rain eased off the drains was lifted 4 other members of Kent close come out to help sweep the water back down the path of no 3/5 as worse affected no5 drain in his garden got damaged as could not see when it was lifted to help let the water run with the drains out side in the road it was dark loads of water late in night no help come but thankfully with the help &rain stopped could get to bed but was worried if it rained hard again in the night l think there was photo taken but could not see how bad it was. My family come to clear the storage room for me as things in there in boxes needed to be thrown out thankfully my wheelchair battery was not quite under water but the room was flooded. But disappointed no one come out or no contact back. The drains need cleaning out new house being built but what about the drains?

Massive pothole, 14th August
Deep pothole - causing people issues when crossing (someone tripped in it earlier) and damage to cars wheels. It’s approx 30-40 Cms wide and quite deep. You could loose a small child or animal in there

Cul de Sac floods under any amount of heavy sustained rainfall leaving mud & silt on gardens and property - 2 x drains need cleaning and unblocking.
