Unsafe path, 13th February
Where lorries have been using the path to get in and out of the CUL-DE-SAC the path on the left hand side on the entrance to the CUL-DE-SAC has dropped . T on a quick look it doesn't look too bad but whoever inspects it need to WALK ALONG IT and you will soon realise how easy it is to turn your ankle over on it , and cause I jury

Obstruction very near road, 16th December
Thick metal pole bent up on verge ,as this is a country lane cars often have to mount the verge to let lorries go by . If a car hit this it could cause serious damage to car or if hit in a certain way could go through windscreen and potentially kill someone .it is on left hand side heading towards Tonbridge

Footpaths uneven, 2nd December
Paths have not been reserficed since 1977 when they were built ! Elderly have trouble walking on the one on the left as you enter the cul de sac as it's very uneven and weeds grow everywhere.

Loose manhole cover, 18th March
The manhole cover, in the middle of the main A26 road, has been loose for many months. It was 'fixed' last Autumn (2020) but by January 2021 the problem re-appeared. The cover is very loose and 'clatters' every time a vehicle passes over it. In February a temporary fix was applied, namely a small amount of tarmac was spread on top of the manhole cover! This fix has not worked and it is now dangerously loose. Given the high volume of traffic (especially heavy goods vehicles) this constitutes a major road hazard as well as a significant noise nuisance.

Footpath MT155 between the road and Hadlow Place Farm has been overplanted with fruit trees and all waymarks removed.

Deep pothole on road, 26th January
The potholes on this road have been there for ages, uneven ground. My tire burst going over one, on the three elm lane road just before you go to tudely. So I then had to get a new tyre and missed out on a days work.

Road sign obscured by garden tree and bush., 17th October
The road direction sign at the junction of Court Road and the A26, in Hadlow town centre is almost hidden by the overgrowth of a nearby garden cherry tree and cotoneaster. Because of this overhang, the sign is also streaked and grubby with lichen and is almost impossible to see and read. Hadlow is a busy little town, and the turning for Court Road well set back - therefore quick, easy visibility of the sign is necessary! Thanks for looking into this. J.E.H.

Dropped drain level, 8th September
The drain has dropped and hence has caused a dip/depression in the road on a bend and hence is causing noise and vibration to our home.

Blocked footpath, 16th July
The footpath outside the houses pinpointed on the map is overgrown and can not be passed without having to walk onto the busy road. This is particularly dangerous when I walk my 3 year old to nursery. It has been getting worse and worse and is now impassable.
