Unnecessary Obstruction, 19th April
Car(s) constantly parked evening and overnight on pavement within close proximity to junction. Always there in morning when trying to exit onto busy road. Have had more than numerous near misses with cars which cannot be seen until too late. Not made any better with cars legally parked opposite junction. There will be an accident here soon. Pavement is wide but often inhibits group movement on pavement. However, the unnecessary obstruction severely hinders the exiting of this junction. Constant issue with residents needing to exit this street. Request council review and provide written response in order to show this issue has been highlighted. This issue has been reported before to council however unsure if sent to correct department.

Debris left at side of road by contractors, 15th April
The recent (current?) works on the West bound carriageway have left some strange debris at the side of the road (behind the Armco) ; this includes an old metal safety barrier, various cones, and litter? The original clean up of the drains was to stop flooding, but why has the debris and litter not been fully cleared?

2 cars Fully parking up on the pavement, 22nd March
Their is a wide part of the pavement that 2 cars have been parking up on fully on the pavement, up close to the kerb, this leaves little room for pedestrian to walk by, especially if the hedge is not cut. But the dangerous part of this is cars turning right out of rothwell close can't see down the road they are turning into, as these cars block all view.. This would not be too bad but as there is also cars parking on the other side of the road going right, if you are turning out you can't move saftely to the correct side of the street, so you have to peek your car out, and check that there is no oncoming car, and if so you have to pull back in, if that car is turning into rothwell close then you both can't move at all.. as all the parked cars. all cos 2 cars, if they parked closer to the house then you would have sight down the street.

Litter alongside carriageway, 7th March
WHY; are the current drainage improvement works leaving more debris behind? The verge has been Cut-Back, but has not bothered to cut higher up the bank to avoid future leaf and vegetation falling on the drainage duct. The cut-back has avoided large items such as old road signs and tyres, rather than remove the rubbish and re-erect the sign. Why has the sign for "Danger" Queues Ahead, not been made permanent towards jnct 7. Why have the drains been 'cleared of debris' but the debris only been put to one side, in most cases next to the Drain, which will be washed back into the gulley again ! After remedial work two years ago to add gravel drainage along the M54 thru A5 stretch, trees have now sprouted in the central reservation and in the verge gravel, but not been removed or cut back. .................. endless poor maintenance it seems !
