Wheelie bins left out all the time, 1st May
The household at 22 Windsor Square leave both their bins out in the street on the road all the time. They don’t drive so can’t be ‘saving the space to park’ and it is a cul de sac so it is used as a turning circle for cars. When there are cars parked in the street other cars struggle to turn round and leave the street, all because these idiots leave two bins well in the road. I’ve noticed this since being in a relationship with my partner since September 2020

Dog walkers letting dogs foul pavements and a gross litter problem, 9th October
Dog walkers are letter thier dogs foul the rear of Chaytor Terrace and the green park area at the south of the village, Friday evenings at the park area south of Eldon Terrace there is a drug / shag fest / booze party were kids assemble around 7:00 pm till midnight leaving a trail of Booze bottles, condoms, silver CO cartridges and more, can the council r police step in and stop this please !!!!!

Cars parked on double yellow lines outside pizza shop, blocking view on B1278 of cars coming north from Sedgefield way. Also blocking path for push chairs and wheelchairs., 28th August
This happens every day and night the police and council do nothing about it, perhaps it will take a fatality or crash to take place before they do something about it.

Kids camping and drinking all night, littering everywhere, 3rd July
Kids camping in trees behind carpark, hooting and shouting and drinking all night, playing loud music, throwing litter everywhere and being a general nuisance

Lack of drop curbs in fishburn for my disabled wife, 11th August
Mobility scooter keeps getting grounded on the high curbs. Also hard to get back up on the uneaven ones making the scooter harder to control. Makes my wife feel unsafe while out

Overgrown Hedges, 22nd June
I phoned up back in 2015 to complain about these hedges over grown blocking out the sun peak times. I was told by DCC that these hedges are treated and maintained every October, however, since they were planted in 2004/2005 I've never seen any maintence on these hedges.
When will these be tidied up and cut back? Even if they were cut shorter by 8ft. This is now killing my grass due to poor sunlight.

Caravan parked on grass and it's half on neighbours grass, 14th August
This caravan is parked on there side of the grass but is also parked on my side of the grass aswell. We have asked this woman to move her caravan many of times and get a load of aggressive beahaviour from her. We also can not see out of our front window as all we can see is this caravan my children Carnt play out the front nor can any other kids as the woman screams and shouts at them to get away from the caravan. Many other neighbours have asked her to move it in her back yard as that's were it used to be so children can play safely she refuses it's been there for some time now and we all just wud like it to b moved and stored in a safe manor

Car blocking public footpath on meadow road, 13th December
This car is blocking the whole footpath, the caravan parked on the road also belongs to the same people, I can't get my car out of the street as they have blocked me in, this has been an ongoing problem for months now. Is there anything that can be done about it?

Drain is serverly blocked. Everytime there is a heavy downfall the whole width of the road is flooded.
