Large Pothole on Private Rd, 2nd April
Hello, This pothole has been sitting here for over a year (& longer as you can see the pothole becoming larger on Google Maps when searching previous years!) I understand this is a private road, however I believe this has been reported to the council before & to the owners of Southwell Court Apartments (as in the Maintenance company etc) & neither could decide on who's problem it was. Could something please be done about this or us pointed in the right direction?

Dip in pavement forms huge puddle, 7th January
This has been here for a year or more but has never been addressed. Half way up bridge deep dip in path. Causes a problem for people using the bridge footpath or those using crossing on daily basis in wet weather ie deep puddle has to be jumped over. Buggies go deep into the water. Lethal if frozen over - slip hazard. Mud gathers in the dip when drying out causing a further slip hazard.

Mud everywhere, 1st January
Land owner has been doing work (cutting down all trees) with a digger and has been on the rampage with the digger and mud is everywhere and very slippery. Also logs on road. Very dangerous as on a corner

Lack of kerb posing danger to life, 19th December
I reported this issue 2 years ago and nothing has been done!!
After road resurfacing in 2019(?) which wasn’t first scraped back there is now no kerb left meaning that children walking to school and their families are extremely vulnerable. Please urgently survey the pavement and kerbstones (which are lacking and needs refitting) on the A38 southbound between the new Barratt development and New Road before a child is injured or worse.

Street light next to the brick wall planters does not work, 18th December
Street light next to the brick wall planters does not work. It has not been working for more than 5 months and is a hazard when walking alone at night with teenagers hiding in the bushes and congregating in the dark outside the flats.

Cars causing a major obstruction, 3rd November
Cars are parking through out the day and night on the main road opposite Southwell apartments, this is causing an major obstruction to the traffic flow, during busy times it is causing tail backs to the Asda roundabout and also the new housing Roundabout on the Bridgwater road.

Gully pots, 17th September
All 7 gully pots in Mallard place are blocked. Every time it rains floods the street and backs up in to back gardens 3 to 12, and front gardens 14 to 23.
