Pothole M5 between J24 and J25 in 3rd lane, 21st January
Left work from J24 M5 heading south to Taunton J25. As I'm travelling back I've gone out to 3rd lane and gone over a massive pothole which has caused a puncture and possibly wheel damage. This happened about 6pm today 21/01/24

Blocked drain, 13th October
This drain has been reported several times. Every time it rains it floods in this location where the drain is blocked . The gully sucker has been out ,but the blockage must be further down in the drain or possibly collapsed.

Safety gate hinge broken and gate unstable. Dangerous, 7th February
The swing bridge saftey gate bottom hinge is broken and the top one doesn't to too healthy. The hinges are standard farm gate hinges so quite a simple fix. We used the swing Bridge last Saturday and my partner ended up with a strain to her stomach and releasing the gate from its stowed position the hinge gave way. (sub note) please see my other report with reference to huntworth Lane swing bridge. It might save you two visits and some money. This gate is dangerous and anyone unsuspecting could as easily hurt themselves please respond ASAP.
