Approximately 50cm pothole, 24th January
This pothole has been marked with red paint, which I guess is waiting to be repaired. It has been marked for over a week and has a traffic cone placed in it. This a narrow straight of road and is causing a hazard.

Standing water left by inadequate drainage near keenthorne garage was been spread along the road surface by vehicles and was freezing the water is washing away any salt/grit that may have been put down and poses a Danger to all road users

Flooding here. Very deep on the side of the garage. Water across the road and deep both sides. Has been here for a week or more. Water not draining away. Now the freezing temperatures will cause ice to form.

Blocked drains x 2, 23rd November
These drains have been blocked for weeks, causing water to run along the side of the land and flood across the road. The amount of water is going to cause a big hazard to vehicles as the temperature drops below freezing this weekend. The amount of water will wash away any salt. This is already an accident black spot

Local farming conducting excavating work, 5th September
Local farmer from mill farm camsite is using a digger and excavating ground leading on to the road. They have been widening the road for some time by dropping gravel on the verges which spill on to the road. It's dangerous as no signage and spilling around the road.

Sign post pole left damaged., 26th July
Location has seen multiple car accidents recently with cars over turning. A sign post has been knocked over, and left protruding from the ground at a 30 degree angle facing traffic. If another car crashes at this location, the pole has the potential to cause serious harm. As per other report near swing, posted as road has seen multiple accidents recently, highways are aware of the issue, but have done nothing to mitigate the issue.

Large gully on side of road, 26th July
Large gully has formed on side of road, which is lethal if car, lorry, or bike enter it. Numerous accident at this location (10+ this month) recently, but inaction from highways. Even owner has attempted to help by placing fake speed camera at location. Temporary warning signs have been in place permanently for so long that they are ignored. Posted so those who have accidents can inform insurers that council are aware and done nothing to help.

Edge of road on LHS going towards Bridgwater is badly eroded with the surface consisting of gravel, stones and larger rocks. There is a real risk of a serious accident caused by flying storms and rocks particularly with the tractor traffic using the road for hay making/silage, 3rd June
