Deteriorating surface at Market house roundabout, 27th April
The cobbles at the market house roundabout are in a state of disrepair. This roundabout was already difficult to navigate as a cyclist due to poor road markings and uneven surface but now it is very dangerous due to deterioration in the surface. It is hard to maintain a predictable course around the roundabout, and I cannot signal my intentions as it is too dangerous to take one hand off the handle bars on the uneven surface. Luckily I have wide tyres, but bikes with narrow tyres will find the conditions especially difficult.

Dangerous surface for cyclists on the Markethouse roundabout, 27th April
This roundabout hasn't been properly maintained since it was built in 1996. There are big gaps between the cobbles that act like tramrails. Should my wheel get caught in one of them, I could have a nasty fall. I am also afraid my bike can get damaged, because of the bumpy ride. I therefore ride very slowly and because I am concentrating on the surface I am riding on, it is hard to also look around me to find out where the other road users are. I have to grip my handlebar very tightly to be able to steer and I can't take my hand off to indicate when turning left. Cycling on this surface is even more dangerous when it's wet. There have been several accidents. It is a matter of when, not if, someone will get seriously injured.

Overgrown bike path, 26th April
The bike path that runs alongside Taunton Vale has lots of foliage growing out the hedge and has really narrowed the path. This makes it very difficult for cyclists to get along.. Please can this be cut back to make the footpath wider for pedestrians and cyclists? THanks

Severe rutting and pot holes on roundabout, 9th April
The condition of the roundabout road surface is awful. there are huge ruts around the roundabout, making incredibly dangerous for two wheeled road users and causing drivers to veer off line. The likelihood of a severe accident occurring here is high.

Excessive leaves on kerb and pavement, 5th April
All the kerbs in the street are full of rotting leaves. It is very mucky to get into car. Footpath full of leaves from trees from the Green up the road. Please could road and paths be manually swept as often cars parked and it is a narrow dead end street and unsuitable for a mechanical road sweeper.

Hole in pavement, looks unstable above., 29th March
Hole appeared on surface of pavement, appears to have collapsed further underneath. Less than 1ft but someone could injure themselves/potential for further collapse . Near to road signage: 5a to 7b (odds) Victory Road, priorswood. Not certain when appeared. Have photos if required.

Blocked gullys and pot holes, 28th March
The road gullys outside county hall are blocked and there is a large puddle outside B block. The passing cars are soaking pedestrians. The road surface at the junction with Crescent Way and outside Exchange House is in poor condition and displays numerous pot holes. Some of the pot holes are of a size that could dismount a cyclist or trip a pedestrian.
