Terrible visibility due to lack of lightning on this stretch, 26th January
From rumwell to The Stonegallows pub is dangerous due to bad (or no) lighting! This issue is not helped by the cats eyes which do not show at all, they might just be dirty after all the work done on that road but it is very dangerous and needs some urgent attention please before there is a head on collision at the site.
