The barrier on the lay-by is broken and also looks like the bank along the wiviliscombe road from lay-by to Ford farm is starting to collapse as the road and pathways look very uneven and slope towards the riverbank

Terrible visibility due to lack of lightning on this stretch, 26th January
From rumwell to The Stonegallows pub is dangerous due to bad (or no) lighting! This issue is not helped by the cats eyes which do not show at all, they might just be dirty after all the work done on that road but it is very dangerous and needs some urgent attention please before there is a head on collision at the site.
