We have had a report from a member of the public stating that our chamber floods when we receive large amounts of rain.
Please can this area be monitored and should our chamber start to flood report it into us as a section 81 so we can progress with this further.
As of inspection date 08-02-2023 at 10:26 the chamber is not flooding

No Parking markings on road opposite Coombe Lane. o, 30th March
No Parking markings opposite Coombe Lane have worn away. Vehicles are now parking directly opposite Coombe Lane, large vehicles, including tractors and trailers cannot access Coombe Lane, when vehicles are parked there. Emergency vehicles would also have problems trying to turn into or out of Coombe Lane.

We reported dangerous trees between Stone Cross and Westcott Mead at Exford and have had no reply., 30th March
Trees were damaged in the recent gales, parts of the trees have been left in a dangerous condition. There is more than one tree involved, on both sides of the road. You can see where parts have broken off, leaving the rest in a dangerous condition. This was reported to your trees department, but no-one has come back to us, to let us know what is happening.

'No Parking' markings erased opposite Combe Lane, cars park, 19th August
Opposite causing obstructions, and danger, to vehicles exiting and large vehicles cannot turn in or out of Combe Lane. Exford Parish Council have asked for these markings to be re-painted and nothing has been done. Parishioners are complaining to the Parish Council that it is dangerous. Exford Parish Council.

Pot hole caused puncture 12.7.18, 13th July
I was travelling at 35 mph and hit a pothole which caused a puncture to my near side front tyre at 5.30 pm. I had to leave my car at the side of the road overnight.
