Several road drains along the road blocked., 13th October
Rain water overflowing into garage at The Old Forge.
Mud, sludge and stones also being washed down Long Lane blocking road drain out side The Old Inn and creating a pond and causing drivers to drive over the central white line.

A subsided length about 5" deep over a trench previously dug by the water board for mains work. With vehicles driving over, it may be causing damage to the drains underneath.

Public footpath no access, 16th August
We were in holiday and doing a circular walk from Cutcombe. The footpath from coombeshead to West hawkwell farm has a sign up part of the way along it to state that there is no access through and to use the diversion. However, there are no signs to state where the diversion is. we had to turn around and walk back again which was very annoying as we were nearly at the end of our circular walk.

Dotted lines across junction with private road to Putham eroded, partly due to age, and partly to previous poor resurfacing a while ago when partially covered with bitumen. There have been near misses here.

Surfaced road with loose gravel is a danger to the cycle race taking place on the 24th July., 15th July
This section of the road has had gravel dressing the majority of which is loose on the surface. This is dangerous for cyclists generally but will be very dangerous for the cycle race taking part on 24th July. Can the road be swept fully prior to the weekend of the 24th July to make sure it is safe for the cycling event.

Severe Pot Hole, 29th January
Driving from Wheddon Cross to Dunkery Beacon a sever (more than 1m) pothole on the right hand side of the road, extending acorss the single track making it unavoidable. Serveral cm deep with a sharp edge.
