Adjacent to the Orchard Brooks estate near where the removed Kissing Gate used to be this tree has come down and is making it difficult to get through. Then near the other Kissing Gate behind Orchard Way the footpath has subsided and is a definite hazard to walkers particularly in poor light.

Overgrown footpath, 17th April
Parish Council have received a report that overgrown vegetation is obstructing the footpath from long street to Danesbrough view. This path was owned by West Somerset Council who has maintain it in the past.
This is mainly used for disable people. Please could you fix the problem asap.

Potholes around water service ironworks, 12th March
A pothole on the pavement side of the iron work was repaired a couple of weeks ago. Roadway is now breaking up on the other side of it. A poor job was done a couple of weeks ago by a simple patchwork repair rather than a proper job being done.

No street light very dark on very narrow paths close to road, 10th March
Street light out so it’s very dark and the oaths are narrow and uneven. There’s slip way to the beach and entrance to garages so feels very unsafe. Lots of elderly people around who need the light for safety.
