Noise Manhole, 18th January
There has been some recent work carried out under the manhole pictured outside 5 Bridge Street in Dulverton. Ever since the workmen have left the manhole makes a banging noise every time a vehicle drives across it. It is very loud and extremely irritating.

12' gully on the left hand uphill side for vehicles to fall into, 2nd November
There is not room on this piece of road for two vehicles to pass unless the uphill one drops into this long gully, where the tarmac has caved in, 100mtrs up from the bottom bend. There are two large rocks in the middle and end of the gully, puncturing my Audi tyre and breaking the wheel (£448) . At night the gully is particularly invisible.

Not just a simple pothole, 9th May
Not just a simple pothole but a linear one about 3 feet across the road. Dangerous for descending bicycles, it has already claimed a front wheel and will cause a fall before long.

Road drain has been blocked for long time, 22nd January
Road drain outside of 16 battleton always over flows when it rains. It has been attempted to clear it before but it just overflows soon afterwards causing excess rain water to flow down the road side

Potholes, 21st February
The potholes on Chapel St, Dulverton are getting worse and worse, never fixed properly so that they break up in days, fill the road with gravel and leave great holes that fill up with water. The whole short length to Hampshire house is bloody terrible.
