Hot disposable fire left in a public open beauty spot, 7th May
I watch 2 young men light and have a BBQ. After they were finished they simply threw the rubbish on the floor and left the hot disposable fire abandoned at the side of the carpark.
I photographed the vehicle but could clearly see the reg however I noted the reg make and model and added it as a screen shot to the report.
The two young men left the carpark and did not return

Water gushing out of drain, 2nd April
Just in front of the house on the narrow section, going downhill towards Wellington, there has been water gushing out of a drain. Today the water is gushing upwards, a good couple of feet into the sir, when I drove passed this morning.

Pothole in narrowing section of road, 5th February
From the direction of Wellington to Hemyock, you pass the first house on the right and where the road narrows a short distance after that, there's a pothole near the hedge on the left. This is a very large pothole where you're hard pressed to avoid due to the width of the road. Due to this, the hole will get larger and deeper very quickly due to the type of traffic that uses this road (lorries, farm vehicles etc..) Unfortunately unable to take a photo, but like I said before, this will only get larger due to road width and traffic type. Submitted to DCC

Diggerland LDV, 19th November
A white LDV, branded with Diggerland on the side, has been on this corner for at least a week. I am unsure if it has been dumped or stolen, as I only noticed it on the occasions I've driven past, and asked my passenger to make a note of the registration plate. As they are closed, I'm not sure if they'll be monitoring their correspondence. The vehicle has no MOT and is SORN. Registration plate is HX03 YJT.

Fallen branch, 9th November
A very large branch has fallen into half of the road between houses "woodlands" and "gidlands" overnight. We've tried moving it by hand but it's stuck in its position, probably needs someone with a chain saw.

Deep pothole, 20th July
There's a deep pothole northbound, just after the house on the left and just before the gate to the field on the right. It's large enough to put my foot in and a good inch or so deep. Unfortunately it's positioning means it'll only continue to get worse as it's in the direct area cars drive and it's hard to avoid.

Cross roads overgrown, 2nd June
The verges around the crossroads at the top of Monument Road/ towards Hemyock make pulling out safely near impossible without driving half way out into the road to see if it's safe to go. All the verges in this section (north, south, east and west) need cutting back being as this is a national speed limit section and some don't slow around this junction.

Branches hanging over into the path of vehicles., 18th February
Going down Monument Road, towards Wellington, just as you pass through the tight meandering section, it narrows slightly where the house on the right is. Opposite this house there are a couple of branches hanging down into the path of vehicles. I believe this has been like this since the recent stormy weather

Pothole, 9th May
It's hard to see the size when you're driving around it, but it appears to be more than 30cm wide and over an inch deep. Its location is just turning in (going from Wellington to Hemyock), on the left hand size. It's hard to avoid if there's waiting vehicles at the junction.
